PURCHASING ITEMS

We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times, however, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we believe that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the items ordered.

We must receive full payment both of the price of the items and any delivery charges before we will process orders.

All prices and charges on the website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges usually apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company.

If you order items from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the items are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

DELIVERY

All clothing items are printed to order and dispatched directly by our clothing supplier. Delivery is within 7-10 working days.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate per Zone regardless of quantity.

  • Zone 1: Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail (UK Mainland & Channel Islands Only) – £3.95
  • Zone 2: Standard International EU Delivery via Royal Mail – £7.95
  • Zone 3: Standard International Delivery World Zones 1 & 2 via Royal Mail – £14.95

These rates do not include VAT.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We will not be responsible for delayed delivery times in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage or malicious damage.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a free postal returns service in the UK for the return of faulty items.

Any clothing items that were ordered in the incorrect size, an exchange will be made, but return postage costs will need to be paid by the individual.

Please note that branded clothing bearing our SOSA Dance Fitness logo or Seated SOSA Dance Fitness logo and/or with INSTRUCTOR on the back cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

Non-branded clothing bearing our ‘slogans’ can be exchanged or refunded.

Clothing must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Maracas and other non-clothing items can only be returned if faulty.

We will provide an exchange or refund via the original payment method.

You must then return the items to us in the manner specified above in order to receive your refund.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
