Our founder, Katy Barrow has created two unique SOSA Dance class formats for you and your clients – SOSA Dance and Seated SOSA Dance – effectively embracing all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, faiths and cultures within our one beautiful brand programme.

Our programme is completely unique… bringing together a spectacular 37 international dance styles to create one fantastic fusion of dance.

And, once you’ve qualified as a SOSA Instructor,  you can create your own unique classes too – with no limit on dance styles and choice over more than 150+ pre-choreographed routines in our instructor Dance Library hub (plus 4 new routines every month!).

Everyone loves dancing to our easy to follow, fun-packed and low-impact SOSA routines – each and everyone is set to a fabulous soundtrack of songs you love – to get you singing, shimmying and shaking your maracas!
